  • All non-account holders will attract a $25 charge for all orders under $100. Accounts are issued to Healthcare Professionals only

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging
  • The return must be lodged within 7 days of the date of original purchase
  • The product/s must not be a special order item which are non-returnable. Non-returnable items are unable to be returned.
  • A return authorisation number must be obtained prior to returning the goods. No credit will be raised without a return authorisation number
  • A 10% restocking fee or minimum of $25.00ex gst (whichever is higher) will be charged for all returned items. Higher charges may apply when a supplier has a higher restocking fee. Excludes errors from Marne Medical.
